Image->JPEG 2000

The options on the Image->JPEG 2000 tab determine how JPEG 2000 files are saved. JPEG 2000 is intended to be a new and improved image compression method that replaces JPEG and can operate at a higher compression ratio. JPEG 2000 is not yet widely supported in present software.

Output Image File Format
Select the format of image that you want to create, available formats are: BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPEG 2000, PDF, PNG and TIFF.

Color
Select one of the file varieties: grayscale or true color (24-bits).

Help
Loads the help file, and displays the Image->JPEG 2000 topic.
