How to purchase Zan Image Printer |

All sales are handled by Plimus, an internationally known payment provider. Plimus provides a wide range of payment methods and accepts payment in virtually all currencies. All transactions are handled securely. All orders must be placed using our online store. However, we do accept offline payment methods if you prefer not to pay via credit card. To place an order, enter our secure online store, select the quantity you wish to order (volume discounts will be applied automatically), fill out the required information, select your preferred payment method at the bottom of the page from the following options: After you have selected your payment method, click the Next button and follow the on-screen directions. If you choose an offline payment method such as wire transfer, phone, purchase order, fax and mail/check/money order, you will be presented with a reference number and phone/fax or address that you must contact to complete your order, Plimus will be unable to assist you without the reference number.

Order Online using a Secure Order Form You can download the free trial version of Zan Image Printer from the download page and test it on your computer. We strongly recommend that you "try before you buy" to verify that Zan Image Printer meets your needs. We provide support for billing in virtually all currencies including United States Dollar, European Union Euro, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar and Hong Kong Dollar, please select your currency from the drop-down list on the order form. After you purchase Zan Image Printer, we will send an automated email to you with the registration code, the registration code is used to remove the limitations of the trial version. Please ensure that a valid email address is supplied to receive the registration code promptly. You will usually receive the email confirmations from sales@zan1011.com and sales@plimus.com just a few minutes after your purchase. Your registration code can be found in the body of the confirmation email from sales@zan1011.com. The registration code format is: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx After receive your registration code, please follow the registration instructions to enter your registration code. If you do not receive a response from us after ordering, you may have accidentally typed your email address wrong on the order form, or your spam filter may have mistakenly treated the legitimate confirmation email as spam and delivered it to the "Bulk Mail"(or equivalent) folder of your email program. First, check to see if you can find our confirmation email in your Bulk or Spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation email, contact us with a secondary email address, or adjust your email application's spam filter settings and send us another email. If you would like Zan Image Printer delivered on a CD, please choose Add a CD for $9.90 when you fill in the order form. Order Zan Image Printer now, it is fast, secure and easy! Selecting one indicates that you are purchasing a personal license. The personal license either allows a single person to use Zan Image Printer on one or more computers (i.e. a desktop and a laptop), or multiple people to use Zan Image Printer on a single computer provided they do not use the program simultaneously. Usage on additional computers requires additional licenses. To run Zan Image Printer on more than one computer, you can purchase a multiple-user license by setting the purchase copies to the required number of users. Registration Instructions - How to Register After your order has been completed, you will receive your registration code via e-mail. Please follow the below steps to register: 1. Log on as an administrator to your computer. 2. If you have not installed the Zan Image Printer trial version on your computer yet, visit our Download page, download the trial version of Zan Image Printer, and install it on your computer. 3. Open the printer folder on your computer: On Windows XP: a) Click the Start button b) Click Printers and Faxes within the Start menu c) Right click on the installed Zan Image Printer icon and select the Printing Preferences... menu On Windows Vista: a) Click the Start button b) Click the Control Panel icon c) Click the Hardware and Sound icon d) Click the Printers icon e) Right click on the installed Zan Image Printer icon and select the Printing Preferences... menu 4. Enter the registration code into the edit box on the Registration page. We recommend that you COPY and PASTE rather than type the registration code manually to avoid errors entering the registration code. Your registration code can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email you received after ordering, the registration code has the following format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx 5. Click the Apply, OK or Print button to complete the registration process. On Windows Vista, a User Access Control (UAC) window may appear stating that an unidentified program (zvprtsrv.exe) wants to access your computer, you must select Allow to proceed. Once you have registered, all restrictions will be removed and Zan Image Printer will become fully functional. |
