All sales are handled by Plimus, an internationally known payment provider. Plimus provides a wide range of payment methods and accepts payment in virtually all currencies. All transactions are handled securely. All orders must be placed using our online store. However, we do accept offline payment methods if you prefer not to pay via credit card. To place an order, enter our secure online store, select the quantity you wish to order (volume discounts will be applied automatically), fill out the required information, select your preferred payment method at the bottom of the page from the following options: After you have selected your payment method, click the Next button and follow the on-screen directions. Order Online using a Secure Order Form You can download the free trial version of Zan Image Printer from the download page and test it on your computer. We strongly recommend that you "try before you buy" to verify that Zan Image Printer meets your needs. We provide support for billing in virtually all currencies including United States Dollar, European Union Euro, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar and Hong Kong Dollar, please select your currency from the drop-down list on the order form. After you purchase Zan Image Printer, we will send an automated email to you with the registration code, the registration code is used to remove the limitations of the trial version. Please ensure that a valid email address is supplied to receive the registration code promptly. You will usually receive the email confirmations just a few minutes after your purchase. Your registration code can be found in the body of the confirmation email. LICENSE TYPES Zan Image Printer grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use this software, and any associated documentation ("The Software"), as indicated herein. Single user license A single user license grants a single user the right to use the software on one or more computers. You may not have more than one person using one single user license at any given time. If you acquire a single user license of the software for business purposes, and install it on a single stand-alone work computer, you may, for your convenience, allow the primary user of the software to also install it on their laptop or home computer, so long as the software is not used on both computers concurrently. If the software will be used on both computers at the same time, another license must be purchased. Multi-user license If you have purchased a multiple user license (you specified the number of copies of the software when you purchased it), the software may be installed and used on multiple computers, provided that the number of computers does not exceed the number of copies of the software purchased. You may use the software as a shared network printer, provided that you have obtained licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 10 different workstations will access the software on the network, each workstation is counted as a user, regardless of whether they use the software at different times or concurrently. Registration Instructions - How to Register After your order has been completed, you will receive your registration code via e-mail. Please follow the below steps to register: 1. Log on as an administrator to your computer. 2. If you have not installed Zan Image Printer trial version on your computer yet, visit our Download page, download the trial version of Zan Image Printer, and install it on your computer. 3. Open the Printing preferences dialog box in the Printer folder: On Windows XP Professional: a) Click the Start button b) Click Printers and Faxes within the Start menu c) Right click on the installed Zan Image Printer icon and select the Printing Preferences... menu On Windows 7: a) Click the Start menu, then Control Panel, and finally View devices and printers b) Right click on the installed Zan Image Printer icon and select the Printing Preferences... menu 4. Enter the registration code into the edit box on the Registration tab. We recommend that you COPY and PASTE rather than type the registration code manually to avoid errors entering the registration code. Your registration code can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email you received after ordering, the registration code has the following format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx 5. Click the Apply, OK or Print button to complete the registration process. On Windows Vista or Windows 7, a User Access Control (UAC) window may appear stating that an unidentified program (zvprtsrv.exe) wants to access your computer, you must select Allow to proceed. Once you have registered, all restrictions will be removed and Zan Image Printer will become fully functional. Upgrade Policy Zan Image Printer is updated on a regular basis. Our upgrade policy is that minor upgrades and bug fixes are always free, for the major version that you purchase. The first part of a version number is the major version number, if it is not changed, then it is a minor upgrade. For example, if you have purchased version 5.0.8, then versions 5.0.9, 5.0.10, 5.0.11 and all other 5.x.xx versions are considered minor upgrades. The current major version of Zan Image Printer is 5, and all minor upgrades are free in that cycle. To upgrade within one major version, it is usually enough to simply download and install the latest version of Zan Image Printer. The software will automatically detect the existing registration information on your computer and register the new version without any action from you so that you can continue using the new version seamlessly. Upgrades to new major versions will be available for free if your purchase of the previous version was made within 120 days. All other owners will be offered a discounted upgrade price for the new major version. Return Policy We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
